What is the cost of lessons? Effective 4/01/2022
Registration Fee?
- There is a $50 per family registration fee, non refundable and one time only.
SURVIVAL: (21 private lessons; REQUIRED for beginners...15 minute per class)
- $500 total per child
- This includes 21 PRIVATE lessons, three times per week, for 7 weeks.
- At the end of the program your child will be able to swim and save themselves in a water emergency.
MAINTENANCE & STROKE CLASSES: (15 minute class after completion of survival)
- Class is once a week
- Only available to graduates of Survival or children who can swim 10 meters with breath control.
- Once-a-week, 15 minutes, 1 student only: $180/child per session.
- Once-a-week 30 mins (FUNdations level and above): $330/child per session.
- Siblings or 2 friends of similar age/level may swim together in a 30 min class with each child paying the 15 minute rate. You will need to provide the sibling or friend of similar age/level.
What is your payment policy?
- Payment is due at time of enrollment via the family portal.
- PhD Swim School reserves the right to refuse services and/or deactivate your Family Portal Account if payment is not received.
What is your make-up policy?
- Make-up lessons are not possible due to the high demand for our classes.
- A class credit will be issued if lessons are cancelled due to inclement weather, pool closing, or instructor absence.
- We do not cancel for rain, thunder and lightning .
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
- Weekly classes auto-enroll. You must provide withdrawal notice on or before the 15th of the month prior to the upcoming session to withdraw your child.
- If you enroll after the drop date of the 15th, you have 3 days to drop. If you enroll within 3 days before the start of classes you are responsible for tuition.
- We do not refund fees after the start of the session for any reason.
- Any and all administrative or registration fees are non-refundable.
