Pre-Survival – Mommy and Me

(8-12 Months Old and their Caregivers)

What is Pre-Survival?

Our program is an instructor-guided class where the caregiver and child are in the water togetherOur instructors provide hands-on support, often using a baby doll to demonstrate techniques, to ensure a nurturing experience for both baby and parent.

We focus on prone-submersion and proper breath control, ensuring your child is comfortable and safe if they ever fall into the water unexpectedly.
